1 can garbanzo beans, drained well

1/4 cup Vegenaise (or mayo)

1/3 cup celery, chopped

1/2 sweet onion, chopped

1 T nutritional yeast flakes

1 green onion, chopped

1 teaspoon soy sauce (or Liquid Aminos)

Mash the garbanzos with a fork and add the remaining ingredients. Try not to eat all of it yourself. It should serve 4-6.
